Tiffany and Kacy have been nothing but nice, my grandfather lives here and they take very great care of him. Couldn’t ask for a better staff. The property is beautiful.

I’ve been waiting over 3 months for a dishwasher replacement. At first, management told me it “wasn’t broken” when it clearly was. After months of waiting, the dishwasher finally arrived — and then maintenance refused to install it because my harmless dogs were inside. That excuse doesn’t even hold up, since they’ve entered my apartment before with my dogs there while I wasn’t home. To make matters worse, one of the maintenance guys actually suggested I put dishwashing detergent in the glass cleaner solution compartment as some sort of fix — which is not only absurd but flat-out unsafe. This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligence, incompetence, and dishonesty. I’ve been patient, but the way residents are treated here is unacceptable. If you’re considering moving in, think twice. You’ll get excuses instead of solutions, and empty promises instead of real service. Bottom line: they’ll take your rent every month, but don’t expect them to care about your living conditions.

These apartments are great. My apartment was always quiet. When I first moved in my kitchen sink was leaking, so I called the front office and they had it fixed later that day. That was the only problem I ever had while I live there. Yes the gate was broken a couple of times when I live there, but I think it was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Yes when I moved out (broke my lease b/c I got a new job in a different state) I had to pay the $700 concession fee since I got $700 off my first month when I moved in, but as with any lease there's always going to be fees when you BREAK THE LEASE. These are the nicest apartments that I've ever lived in. Now maybe that's not saying much since I used to live in Highland Hills on gray highway in Macon, but there's your comparison (Highland Hills sucked by the way).
