- KSKandy SellersAug 24, 20253.0I’ve been waiting over 3 months for a dishwasher replacement. At first, management told me it “wasn’t broken” when it clearly was. After months of waiting, the dishwasher finally arrived — and then maintenance refused to install it because my harmless dogs were inside. That excuse doesn’t even hold up, since they’ve entered my apartment before with my dogs there while I wasn’t home. To make matters worse, one of the maintenance guys actually suggested I put dishwashing detergent in the glass cleaner solution compartment as some sort of fix — which is not only absurd but flat-out unsafe. This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligence, incompetence, and dishonesty. I’ve been patient, but the way residents are treated here is unacceptable. If you’re considering moving in, think twice. You’ll get excuses instead of solutions, and empty promises instead of real service. Bottom line: they’ll take your rent every month, but don’t expect them to care about your living conditions.

I recently went apartment shopping since I’m in a big need of a new apartment experience drastically and long and behold I get referred to Mill Creek Apartments I was just blown away by the tour I was originally looking to downsize to a 1bed 1 bathroom but fell in love with the 2bed 2 bathroom I was shown and it made all sense for when my daughter comes over in the weekends for bonding time. Known of this would be possible without Michaela Sanders she is def a gem 🙏🏾 thank you sooo much and can’t wait to start my application process to move forward with Mill Creek apartments.
