Carla Williams, I only wish I could respond directly to you, but here we are... I’ve lived in this community for 8 years, and management and ownership have changed only once during that time. There has never been a problem in this building until Carla Williams and company moved in. Let's go ahead and throw the race card out the window, shall we? If we're playing cards, I'm playing my Hispanic and gay cards; there are three African American families, an Indian couple, an Arab woman, and two apartments with white people who live in this building. We're pretty culturally diverse in the 200 building, don't you think? I think that when more than half of us complain, some of us with camera evidence, it's not us -- it's you! That quiet little party that you had lasted two days. The first day was very low-key and respectful for an apartment community, but the second night was where the issue lies. The second night of the "block party," as we residents in the same building have come to call it. One apartment experienced busted and blown light bulbs in their kitchen and living room area due to the exceedingly loud music (BREAKING COMMUNITY REGULATIONS). That same party consisted of a fish fry, fueled by a propane tank (BREAKING COMMUNITY REGULATIONS), and took place on the stairwell (BREAKING COMMUNITY REGULATIONS) of the building. I couldn't get down to let my dogs out because I didn't want them to be burned by the grease or trampled by the many people who were constantly coming and going. I don't know how many people were there, but I do know that our parking lot was overflowing into the lots around our building. I have videos recorded throughout the night to show that. The courtesy officer came to tell them to tone it down, and they mostly complied. Aside from the Block Party, they are constantly smoking weed on their patio (I walk my dogs in the back of the building, and no one else is usually ever on their porch). I have been in the apartment of the people above them and experienced this also (BREAKING COMMUNITY REGULATIONS). Let's address the dog above her, which is directly next to me. I have never heard a peep from that dog, and I share 2 sheets of sheetrock, some insulation, and 2x4s. She has all that and some CONCRETE in between her and them. Unless you're on the top floor of an apartment, you have to expect to hear noise from the people above you. Even on the top floor, you can expect to hear some noise from the people around you as well. I've had conversations with Carla where it sounds like she just has it out for the couple that lives above her. I've even met the dog in question several months after they moved in, after Carla personally expressed her complaints to me. I don't know what she is hearing, because he is the biggest snoozer there ever was. As far as the owners being home, there are two people in that apartment, and they have two vehicles. I have a camera in the parking lot that shows she is home most of the time. While I haven't heard any dogs, Carla is a dog owner herself. Her dog is wonderful! Continuing on noise disruptions, almost a year ago I was in my living room, watching TV, when I heard loud noises from the stairwell. I looked out twice to see what it could be. On approximately the third time of hearing it, I saw that Carla was being physically abused by her boyfriend. A police report was filed for this incident. I have never witnessed anything but professionalism from the management staff, and I understand that they try to do what's best for all parties involved in situations such as this. Carla's complaints are arbitrary and capricious - point blank. We're going to keep living peacefully here, with or without them... I guess that's up to them to decide.

I’ve lived at this community for several years and never imagined I’d feel this unheard and unsupported in my own home. The walls are paper-thin, and for months now my neighbor’s dog has barked day and night due to severe separation anxiety. The owners are rarely home, and the constant noise has taken a serious toll on my mental well-being. I have reported this issue multiple times, clearly explaining how distressing it has been, yet nothing has been done. The dog continues to bark, and my concerns have been consistently dismissed. What makes this especially painful is the lack of professionalism and empathy from the office staff. Interactions feel cold, antisocial, and unwelcoming. Emails often go unanswered, and follow-ups lead nowhere. After years of being a responsible tenant, I expected at least basic concern or effort to resolve an ongoing issue that affects daily living. The most troubling experience occurred when I had a small, brief family gathering at my apartment during daylight hours. Despite it being short and respectful, the leasing office contacted me and threatened eviction, and a courtesy officer was called. This response felt extreme, especially considering the ongoing issues I’ve raised that have never been addressed. It left me deeply disheartened. As a young Black woman who has lived here for years, it’s hard not to feel that my concerns are treated differently or taken less seriously than others who have only been here for a short time. All I’ve ever asked for is fairness, communication, and a livable environment. I truly hope management will take this review as an opportunity to reassess how resident concerns are handled—especially long-term tenants who have been patient, respectful, and loyal. I want peace in my home and to feel valued where I live. I’m still hopeful someone will finally step in and help resolve this situation

Rent is high! I pay for exterminating and there are still roaches and bugs in my apartment. My car along with 62 other cars was broken into and in my opinion, it was due to the guest gate being opened which has been opened for quite some time now and never has been repaired. I chose this place because of the esthetics and safety but I can’t say that now.
