  Unfortunately, we did not choose a home in this community; however, I wanted to command this young lady on an excellent job. We had the pleasure of working with Ofelia Franc and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From our very first meeting, she exuded warmth and professionalism, making the entire home-buying inquiring process feel seamless and enjoyable. Mrs Franc took the time to understand our needs and preferences, providing personalized guidance every step of the way of showing us homes that may fit our liking. Her extensive knowledge of the market and attention to detail were evident, as she helped us find areas within the Locust Grove community to aid us in our search that exceeded our expectations. Communication was always prompt and clear, and I felt supported throughout the process. It's rare to find someone who combines such expertise with genuine care for their clients.   I recently visited Edinburgh in Locust Grove, and had the pleasure of working with Ofelia. I can honestly say the experience was outstanding. Ofelia was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgable. What stood out the most was Ofelia's patience and willingness to answer all my questions—no matter how small—making the whole experience less stressful and more enjoyable. The community itself is peaceful, with wide streets, beautiful landscaping, and well-maintained common areas. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. If you're looking for a gem, visit this community, and ask for Ofelia!!! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!! Super grateful for this experience with her!

  Based on our experience with Ryan's Homes, I would advise NO ONE put money down to hold a lot, if you are not absolutely POSITIVE this is exactly what will be best for you and your family. We were told by Nichole at the McDonough,GA locatin that if we changed our minds we could get our money back. Now she is telling us that we can NOT get our money back. We didnt even finish signing the papers. We are hard working individuals just trying to provide a home for our family, and we feel that we were lied to and taken advantage of and are now being scamed out of the money we put down to hold a lot. If this is what this company is about, why would we still want to do business with them. Now, If Nichole would have said, "there may be a chance you will not be able to get your money back", we would have not put the money down. But, that is NOT what she said. Ryan's Homes is gonna sell the lot any way, why not just give us back our $2,500? So, if we would have put $10k down we would have just be out of $10k. This is not how you treat potential future customers if you want to keep them. I hope this is read by everyone who thinks about going with this company so they don't get scamed out of their hard earned money like we did. I hope that $2,500 is worth potentially having future customers hesitate on going with your company because they are not trying to do business with a company who takes advantage of hard working families. How hard is it to simply be honest with your customers from the beginning?
