They have EXCEPTIONAL communication skills and are very knowledgeable when it comes to any maintenance issues I've had. They are the best and hope they are here for as long as I'm here. Thank you for everything you do and having a great deal of patience, as I am OCD and extremely picky about how things look in my apartment.

The management switched and I have seen a drastic improvement! Thanks to Ms. Sharon for her proffesionalism and hospitality! It is unmatched! Cheers to Positive Transformation! I want to especially shout out the maintenance team, Saul, Brian, and Leslie! They do what they must without complaint, in a timely manner, and produce excellent results!

And They Have Let Alexander At Stonecrest Apt Go Down, And Started Gouging On Rent And The Water Bill. And Was Placing Notices That They Wanted Some Of Our Rent And Hundreds And thousands Of Dollars To Put In Their Pockets. Mold, Water Leaks, Etc You Complain You're Going To Be Mistreated By Sharon Thomas, Isaiah Cromatie, Rachel Shores, Ashley Amiger, Regional Manager Josue And Vice President James Says They Think The Same And Do The Same. And Defamation They Has Done To Some Of Tenants And Former Tenants. Roach Problem For 2 Year's And You Talking About The Most Beautiful Place And Management Cared For The Tenants It Hurt's See Alexander At Stonecrest Apt Home Gone Down Like That. And To Have Three Manager's Within 2-3 Months And Only The Assistant Manager Who Tells The Manager's What To Do Sharon Thomas Assistant Manager Signature Is The Only One On Everything And Manager's Doesn't Communicate To The Tenants. Dominium Properties Owner's Doesn't Truly Know How Bad Inside And Out Of The Property Gone Down Due To Money Hungry Toxic Management.

Ms. Sharon in the rent office was extremely helpful from the moment that I came to view the apartment. Everyone in the rent office are extremely nice. I also have the nicest neighbors. I give this place a 10/10
