  This place is completely unacceptable. The roach infestation is out of control, small roaches everywhere, no matter how clean you keep your unit. Management clearly does not take extermination seriously, and it shows. On top of that, the mailbox situation is a disaster. The entire mailbox area has been broken for over a year, and nothing has been fixed. Most of the boxes don’t even close properly, leaving residents’ mail wide open and exposed. I’ve personally had multiple packages stolen because of this, and management has done absolutely nothing about it. There is zero concern for residents’ safety, property, or health. Between the pests and the ongoing mail theft, it feels like they simply do not care about the people living here. If you value your peace, your belongings, or basic living conditions, do not move here! & I stand on it.

  The leasing staff have been very helpful with the move in process it was very smooth and easy! I highly recommend this community, it is very friendly and kept clean. The Maintenance stuff is always quick to respond and usually makes the repairs in a timely matter

  I’ve had my air conditioning unit stolen from the side of my building. Management said “Crime has no address, even gated communities experience crime” , in other words, lack of accountability. Then a month later, my COVERED motorcycle was lifted into a U-haul and stolen in the middle of the night. Understanding this could have happened anywhere, I still hold them accountable because of the lack of cameras and/or security gates being present. Yet, meanwhile the company has enough money to throw community wide events with food trucks and bouncy houses. I’d just like a camera or two or maybe brighter lights. If you dont mind these things, its been a cool place to live, the patios and balconies are spacious. Just stay armed jn the event you have to defend your property.

  I had a household request that was done so professional and quickly. The maintenance supervisor gave me a quick tutorial on how everything worked and I was completely satisfied with the service. Job well done.
