  The leasing staff have been very helpful with the move in process it was very smooth and easy! I highly recommend this community, it is very friendly and kept clean. The Maintenance stuff is always quick to respond and usually makes the repairs in a timely matter

  I’ve had my air conditioning unit stolen from the side of my building. Management said “Crime has no address, even gated communities experience crime” , in other words, lack of accountability. Then a month later, my COVERED motorcycle was lifted into a U-haul and stolen in the middle of the night. Understanding this could have happened anywhere, I still hold them accountable because of the lack of cameras and/or security gates being present. Yet, meanwhile the company has enough money to throw community wide events with food trucks and bouncy houses. I’d just like a camera or two or maybe brighter lights. If you dont mind these things, its been a cool place to live, the patios and balconies are spacious. Just stay armed jn the event you have to defend your property.

  I had a household request that was done so professional and quickly. The maintenance supervisor gave me a quick tutorial on how everything worked and I was completely satisfied with the service. Job well done.

  RUN !!!!! PeOPLE RUN!!! DONT MOVE HERE It’s an insane amount of roaches it’s just unbelievable honestly they should really take this and have someone come out to spray FREQUENTLY not just once a week especially since there’s valet trash service some peoples trash sit outside longer than it should it should be more that ONE DUMPSTER!!children and babies live here what if a roach crawl in there ear or just anywhere it’s disgusting there not gonna be satisfied until something terrible happens and they get sued !! This is a health and sanitation issue — roaches increase allergy and contamination risk and indicate building-wide neglect of maintenance and pest prevention. I recommend prospective renters request recent pest-control logs and documented proof of ongoing extermination. Management’s lack of timely, transparent action made living here unacceptable for me.
