  I am grateful that I have found this place. Been living here since 2025. It’s quiet and safe. There’s a laundromat across the street (called Miss Bubbles Laundromat) from here also which is convenient since I live in a studio apartment. If I were to recommend this place to someone, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex. Everything is within drivable distance and it’s very convenient. Plus the gas station (Shell) is right across the street also! It’s awesome. Please give Balfour296 a chance if you have not. Management is very responsible and caring.

  Excelente atención , excelente zona para vivir con la familia , una zona tranquila y segura , los apartamentos son bonitos ,cómodos y acogedor , tengo la dicha de vivir en unos de ellos y solo tengo palabras de agradecimientos.

  *For anonymity username ssonline is a shared Google Review account. Renter’s Beware!!! If you are interested in renting a unit located at 265 Pine Street apartment # 1-8 or at 296 Pine street adjacent from the 265 Pine street building. These apartments are infested with roaches real bad. Apartment at 265 Pine Strees units 1-8 are overcrowded by current tenants. These units are meant for 1 to 2 occupants. However, some of the tenants have upwards to 6 people living in their units. It’s very filthy on the outside with stray cats, some tenants feed the stray animals which keeps the animals loitering around the property and trash. The rent is HIGH in 2021 the rent for a studio was $800 it’s 2023 and rent is now $1654 for a studio apartment which is old, shabby, full of roaches, the plumbing is terrible! Whenever other units drain the tub, it backs up in the unit. The heater malfunctions during colder temps. The property management raises the rent every lease signing by $250 or more dollars. They will make you buy their renters insurance, pay fees for water in which you never get a bill. If you choose to rent this place you will be paying nearly $1750 per month for a studio and that is including the monthly fees. Keep searching their are other nicer apartments near by for less rent offer amenities! Good luck if you rent from here.

  I will be a new tenant at Balfour 296 apartments thanks to the Office administrator Jeanni Caira! She was Super hands on and very professional throughout my whole entire application process! She replies to you extremely fast with grace! I feel so overwhelmed by how the staff in general were so attentive with me. I can’t wait for my experience at Balfour ! The inside & outside of the complex is fully renovated and classy looking which I love !! I can’t thank Ms. Jeanni enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
