  I had an amazing experience at the Wren Apartments and truly can’t say enough good things. The community is well-maintained, welcoming, and you can tell there’s real care put into both the property and the residents. I especially want to give a big shout out to Thomas—he was outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to answer questions and made sure everything was handled with care. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about your experience, but Thomas definitely does. He made a lasting impression and is a big part of why I would highly recommend the Wren Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Great place to be at. The pools the roof amazing. The biggest biggest problem the people smoking weed and loud people if that problem gets fixed it’s like living in a hotel. Just the weed people are destroying the spot.

  I wanted to start by saying my experience started with Terry and he was super amazing! He made the process so easy and guided me through every steps to make the Ween my new home. On day two after collecting my keys, I had an issue due to faults of my own and I met Melissa, my satisfaction with my decision elevated to another level. I was expecting one thing and Melissa surprised me with her kindness and thoughtfulness about my predicament. To the management team of the Wren, I very sure that there are many more gems on your team, but i met my two. Thank you Terry and Melissa for being so kind and helpful and so far making me a believer in the choice that I have made, with making the Wren my home, with so many options out here to choose from! 5218

  I really wanted to take my time and write this review with the amount of patience and respect that I have been given by the members of The Wren leasing team. I judge an establishment based on their ability to make things right. I applied to the apts and had a major miscommunication. Clement (the area manager) didn’t hesitate to contact me and get behind my issue. We spoke on the phone for 3 days while he diligently worked to solve my issues. I was on a time constraint with my move. I am also a newly single mom and divorcee. Time was of the essence and my nerves were shot to say the least. Clement treated me like I mattered. Melissa was the reason I decided to lease the apt. Her kindness and care for me and my situation was so reassuring. She made me feel like family from the moment we met. I spent 4 hours touring the community. She was patient and supportive in helping me find my new home. Katie (the on site manager) made sure that I was well taken care of once I decided to make The Wren my new home. On the day of my move in, Thomas assisted me. He went above and beyond for me. He was kind and you can tell he really loves his job and his residents. I had a couple minor maintenance issues and Drew (ME) was phenomenal. He was on his way home and turned around to assist me. Terry has been a great help as well. He knows me by name and everytime I come into the office , he warmly greets me. I am so honored to be a part of this family. A special shout out to Mickey (ME). He is always helpful and professional. The amenities are amazing and the people are even better. Don’t walk. Run to be a part of this community. You won’t regret it.
