  I recently moved into Madison Apartments and Townhomes and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The community is beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. Dani made the entire process so smooth from start to finish. She was always available to answer my questions and made me feel welcomed right away. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

  I’ve had a great experience living at The Madison Apartments & Townhomes. Trina has been especially amazing—she is very professional, always available to help, and truly goes above and beyond for residents. Any time I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she has been there with a positive attitude and quick solutions. Aside from Trina, the entire office staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. Overall, my experience living here has been a positive one, and I appreciate the supportive and helpful team!

  I recently toured Madison Apartments and had such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived, Trina provided outstanding customer service. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. She made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed with how everything was presented it really felt like a place I could see myself living in. The overall atmosphere of the community was also very nice and inviting. Thanks to Trina’s help and the great impression of the property, I will definitely be applying soon!! I highly recommend Madison Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

  I recently visited The Madison and was really impressed with how well the community is maintained. Everything looked clean, organized, and well taken care of. I also had a great experience with Trina, the assistant manager—she was very attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcomed. Definitely a positive visit!

  FYI: All the 5 ⭐️ reviews are from people from the program - Don’t get fooled. This apartment complex has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience from the moment I moved in. I relocated from Puerto Rico in mid-September 2025 with high expectations based on how the property was advertised, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met. From the beginning, I was not informed that the complex operates a re-entry program for individuals recently released from jail or rehabilitation facilities. This is important information that should be disclosed upfront so prospective tenants can make fully informed decisions. The environment has not felt consistent with what is typically advertised as “upscale” living. More concerning, however, is the condition of the apartments themselves. My original unit had a serious mold issue, which forced me to request a transfer. Unfortunately, the second unit I was moved into also has signs of mold. This raises major concerns about the overall maintenance and health standards within the complex. It appears that proper mold remediation protocols are not being followed. Instead of addressing the root cause and ensuring units are safe, it seems that affected apartments are simply painted over and reassigned to new tenants. This approach puts residents’ health at risk, especially for families with children or individuals with respiratory concerns. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and concerning experience. I would strongly encourage management to be more transparent, follow proper health and safety procedures, and take tenant concerns seriously before more residents are impacted.
