  Quiero dejar constancia de mi experiencia después de vivir 8 años en este complejo. Durante todo ese tiempo estuve en el mismo apartamento y nunca limpiaron ni reemplazaron las alfombras, algo básico para la salud y el mantenimiento del lugar. Además, es un problema constante la presencia de chiripas y cucarachas; no es algo aislado, es una situación general en muchos apartamentos. Desde que llegó la administración actual, la calidad del complejo ha decaído por completo. El servicio de mantenimiento es extremadamente deficiente: hay que esperar meses para que atiendan solicitudes, incluso cuando se trata de problemas importantes. Por el precio que se paga aquí, fácilmente puedes conseguir un apartamento más nuevo en la misma zona con mejores condiciones y mejor servicio. No hay relación entre lo que cobran y lo que ofrecen. El personal de la oficina tampoco ayuda: la atención es poco profesional y, en muchas ocasiones, te tratan como si no pagaras renta o como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, lo cual es inaceptable. Lamentablemente, este se ha convertido en uno de los peores complejos de apartamentos de la zona. No lo recomiendo en absoluto para nadie que esté buscando un lugar donde vivir con condiciones dignas y buen servicio

  I want to share my experience after living in this complex for 8 years. During that entire time, I stayed in the same apartment and the carpets were never cleaned or replaced, which is basic maintenance and a hygiene concern. On top of that, roaches are a constant problem — not just in one unit, but across multiple apartments. Since the current management took over, the complex has declined significantly. Maintenance is extremely slow and unresponsive; it can take months to get even important issues fixed. For the price they charge, you can easily find a newer and better-maintained apartment in the same area. There is no balance between what you pay and what you receive. The office staff is also disappointing. Their attitude often feels unprofessional, and residents are treated as if they don’t pay rent or as if management is doing them a favor. Overall, this has become one of the worst apartment complexes in the area. I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

  Don’t rent from this place, they will have their maintenance workers or somebody come I. Your apartment, learn your schedule and wait til your gone and somebody who has access will come in and steal your stuff, make sure you have ring cameras because they will STEAL, my stuff like shoes and clothes were missing from that apartment, be careful putting your trust with this apartment complex they are no good, the experience was terrible as well because the place is infested with roaches, they have leaks, constant repair issues as well, I highly DONT recommend staying here

  Moved here in January 2026 and love living here. The leasing office and maintenance staff are remarkable and provide professional services especially Gemma and Marie B. Each time I need something fixed or repaired my request are always heard and completed within 48 hours or less. Great community and neighbors who are friendly and Good Neighbors! The monthly events are also a great way to bring the community together.

  I was going to keep my thoughts to myself, but they messed up AGAIN, so here you go... DON’T IGNORE THE REVIEWS LIKE I DID! Don’t recommend moving here, at all. If you ever need anything, don’t call them. They won’t answer if you do. If you wanted a gated community, this one isn’t. It’s broken 99.5% of the time. Pest control you pay for monthly? lol. That’s a joke. Cats everywhere, too. Now, into how they messed up recently(since I moved out). My security deposit check they sent after I moved out BOUNCED. So my bank charged me a check return fee on top of it. I called and told them. Said I was concerned about if they just resend a check it will bounce, too, and asked if they could add on the amount of money I was charged from the returned check, since that was on them. Was told “the manager will reach out and email you. I’m not sure we can do that.” Did I hear from the manager? NOPE. They resent the check. No return check fee added, and now I’m scared to redeposit it because it could bounce again, and charge me another fee. Did I say don’t live here? Don’t live here!
