  Such an amazing place. Thomas was a great guide through the process. A great community, everyone is so welcoming and kind. Couldn’t have picked a better place to live! Can’t wait until summer to enjoy the pool!

  I visited my friend who lives here and I fell in love with her unit and the community. I toured about 4 or 5 times while still looking at other places but I just kept coming back and that’s when I knew this was the place for me. My leasing agent Thomas was a gem out of many, he was patient with me, he answered all my questions and made sure I knew all the information needed. He didn’t try to rush me or force me to make a decision. I was approved on Christmas Day and I’ve been living here for about a week and I can honestly say I made the right decision. It’s always so quiet and peaceful and I just absolutely love it especially with this being my very first apartment.

  I would definitely recommend Thomas . He was amazing to work with overall I would give the experience a 10 out of 10. Honestly, ask for him from the tour, through the application process, down to dealing with any lease concerns or questions . He was patient , kind , professional and on point with any updates.

  I would like the world to know how grateful I am to have listened to the universe/guardian angel sending me subtle messages that led me to Wren. I don't remember reaching out to the Wren community as a potential applicant, but after a few disappointments viewing other communities (falsely advertising luxury) & bad customer service. The universe kept telling me to keep looking elsewhere & not give up, I started receiving notifications from Wren, so I took a chance and headed to the location. I was immediately greeted by Melissa, who took me on a tour around the beautiful property. She was so warm and welcoming that I opened up to her about my life! After that, I knew this was the place to be. My current residence's lease so happens to end the day before my late son's birthday (Oct. 17th). I was surprised when I saw October 16th on the renewal notice, but I instantly knew my little guardian angel, Zain, was letting me know it was time for mommy to move to a location where I would be happy and openly embraced with warmth, and Wren is the place. The manager and staff are all friendly and down to earth! However; after reading the reviews of approval delays, I would advise anyone who applies to pay the $199 expedite fee through ApprovalShield. I know its an additional cost, but the units go fast, so your best option is to immediately know if there is difficulty obtaining verification requirements from third-parties. The underwriter will immediately contact you to alert you, so you can obtain the outstanding documentation. I received an approval within 24 hours after contacting my current community to email the ledger. Further, to the previous comment regarding Melissa apologizing for being busy. I've witnessed Melissa providing a level of exemplary customer service that I haven't seen in ATL, since moving from Texas. I soon discovered she's a native Texan herself and I was thankful to have her on-site the day of my unscheduled tour. Thank you Wren team for being my new home and family!
