The decision to stay this long speaks volumes about the quality of life here. First and foremost, the management team is absolutely phenomenal. Nikila and Lina are the absolute best managers and leasing agents in the business! Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication make such a difference—they are a huge part of why this community runs so smoothly and feels so welcoming. The living environment here is fantastic. It is consistently peaceful, quiet, and clean, which is exactly what you want in an apartment community. The maintenance staff is also great, always responding quickly and getting the job done right the first time. It's a huge comfort knowing you can rely on them. Finally, the amenities are truly top tier. From the sparkling pool to the other community features, everything is well-maintained and enhances the resort-like feel of the property. If you're looking for a long-term home with excellent staff, a peaceful atmosphere, and great amenities, look no further than The Veranda. We highly recommend it!
- NUNadeem UddinOct 28, 20251.0Terrible. Made a mistake moving here. Spider webs everywhere. Leaves everywhere. No one keeps the property clean. Loud music all day and night. Can’t sleep rest in your own apartment. Left several emails and voice messages to the property manager, no one replies or care. It’s a shame. The apartments are spacious but service is terrible. Can’t wait to move out. The community should vote to remove spectrum services. Too expensive, constant service interruptions, slow internet speed. We should receive credit for spectrum outages when spectrum services are out. We should be able to choose our own internet provider. I have emailed, voice messages and even talked several times but no one takes any action. Why? I have to call local police almost every night to complain about noise disturbance so we can sleep

My family and I have enjoyed speaking with her, coming to the events, and any issues we've had are quickly resolved. Lilliana is always at the front ready to answer any and every question with kindness and timeliness. We really appreciate the work that's been put into the neighborhood and look forward to more awesome events/get-togethers at the leasing office!

Aside from her, the property needs some serious care, roaches, etc. That would get a 1 star, unfortunately. The apartments are huge and absolutely beautiful. Not sure roaches are an easy fix, but if they can nip that in the bud, it would be a 5 star all day.
