She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and patient, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I absolutely loved my tour, and the prices at The Madison are a pleasant surprise for such a great community and amazing location. Overall, I left very impressed and excited — I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

Tascia was super professional, helpful and willing to answer any questions and concerns i had during my apartment search. She was able to walk me through the whole process which made the moving process smooth for me and my family. Everything as far as qualifications, rental history, and deposits are discussed beforehand but i was still able to ask questions if i needed clarification. Maintenance staff is great as well, quick to respond to any issues.

However, I have seen that the grass is really greener on the other side. The property is always kept cleaned and presentable, picture worthy I must say. The staff is very prompt and attentive towards any inquiries and complaints made. Tascia has gone above and beyond multiple times when I needed something as simple a fixture needed repairs or a door needing to be looked at. You cannot find a team like this everyone so I'm grateful and cherish them. I recommend this property to anyone out there looking if not for how beautiful it is but the team alone has your back. Ask for Tascia if your door is jammed or you need some repair tips.
