- NVNiani VerellaJan 4, 20265.0The Maintenance man James will forever be the one I ask for when in need here. Let’s just say he OVEREXTENDED his hand far beyond his job title to help me out. I dropped my keys in the sewer in front of my building & when I say he did not hesitate to help even though he had no clue how, he made a way. I want to give him a shout out right here for just making what could have ruined my day a much better day. I’ve lived here now 4 years & never had such great help from maintenance. You never know what someone is going through so just by being you James, I hope you continue to help others & get the recognition for it all! Thank you a million times! & to the Edison Sugarloaf team, THANK YALL FOR HAVING HIM!

I just renewed my lease, and every interaction I’ve had with both the leasing office team and maintenance has been nothing short of amazing. From the start, they’ve shown how attentive they are—quick to address any concerns I’ve had and always responsive when I need anything. I’ve had the pleasure of working specifically with Jenna and her manager, Koko, and they have been extremely kind, professional, and supportive each time we’ve spoken. This hasn’t been the easiest year for my family and me, but I was honest with them, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. I’ve also spoken with Lexie, who was so sweet and helpful as well. I’m genuinely thankful for their compassion and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares and I’m happy to continue calling this community home. 💚
