- MImariana infante2 days ago1.0Tengo aproximadamente 4 años aquí, por motivos varios no nos hemos mudado pero si hemos cumplido a cabalidad con pagos y responsabilidades a la fecha correspondiente. La experiencia a sido mediana a pésima, por tener 4 años pedimos que nos pintaran y cambiaran carpeta lo que hicieron fue decirnos que a las paredes podíamos pasarle una esponja y la alfombra la rompieron más (anexo fotos) hemos pedido que a la bañera le hicieran mantenimiento y todo empeoró, tuvimos que pagar para pintar el apartamento, pintar las rejas oxidadas de los ductos de aire, pagar para que acondicionaran la bañera visualmente perfecta, y para la lavada de la alfombra ( que por contrato es anual ) siempre ha sido un tema desgastante. Siempre para los Mantenimientos se demoran de 1 a dos semanas en solucionar. Se dañó la lavadora y solo vinieron a verla y no solucionaron , hemos tenido DOS semanas que gastar dinero en lavandería . La cocina nunca ha servido en su totalidad , la reparan y a los dos días sigue igual . El aire acondicionado se congela porque no le hacen el mantenimiento respectivo, no lo hemos necesitado por ser invierno, pero en verano espero lo reparen,

Gemma helped with the moving process so much. She is absolutely amazing if you are resident, she will be more than happy to help you And she is so patient because half the time I don’t know what I’m doing and she will gladly help would not be a where I’m at if it wasn’t for her shout out to Gemma!!!
