We were greeted with a warm welcoming smile by a lovely woman named Gemma. She was so patient, kind and made the experience truly fun ( my kids enjoyed the golf cart trip to the apartment we were touring 😊) and enjoyable. It can be nerve wracking to walk in to a place looking for a “home”. She took all those nerves away. The property is beautiful. As someone who is of foreign decent though I am born in this country I really appreciated that Gemma responded to a Spanish resident on the property asking a question inSpanish. I thought that showed effort and community. That made me feel even more welcome. It seems that they welcome all people from all backgrounds. That is very beautiful to witness. 5 stars for Gemma and the beautiful property. I hope to make it my home soon.

Although the leasing team has rotated in and out throughout the years, they never fail to provide service with a smile. The community ALWAYS has engaging events. The pool is monitored throughout the season — very helpful in a large community such as this. Maintenance is timely and helpful outside of their duty. If there is ever a problem, which when renting anywhere you will face issues, it is addressed in a timely manner. Heidi, the property manager , is about business. She has been here since I moved in and makes effort to get to know her residents. She is BY THE BOOKS! Which I can appreciate— she tries her best to keep residents in line, which in turn , creates a safe and comfortable community. You will often see her on foot walking the community, ensuring residents are in compliance with rules and expectations.0 As a solo mother, I feel safe in the community. My neighbors, although many have come and gone, have always been pleasant and kind. It truly is a blessing to live here and be apart of an amazing, diverse community. (I learn a little more Spanish every day) ❤️
