- VFValerie Fulford4 days ago2.0I lived here for one year. Not a good experience. Within the first day of moving in the roaches started coming out. I immediately contacted the office and I had to request pest control to come spray every two weeks. It took 4 months of consistent spraying for me to get rid of the roaches. If a new tenant complains of roaches a couple of days within moving in, I shouldn’t have to request pest control every 2 weeks, it should be done automatically!!
- EPElisa PressFeb 2, 20264.0The staff here is amazing and at the front office is patient, attentive, and just pleasant to speak with and the maintenance staff here no matter how small the request is they handle it thoroughly and they even take their shoes off when entering my apartment, which I love. The only negative thing that I can say is I have been fighting for my life with the roaches and the pest control that they offer is lackluster to say the lease, but I have been using my own pest control company and have seen a reduction, but you can’t help when you have messy neighbors That are feeding the roaches at night.

There are plenty of other properties around with better quality, better service, and better prices. Believe me, everything here is a joke from the administrative system to the staff. They don’t respect your time, your money, or the years you may live here. Management works only when it benefits them, not when residents actually need support. Do yourself a favor: look elsewhere. This complex is not worth it.
