The communication was terrible—calls and emails were either ignored or responded to days later with vague answers. The sales team seemed disorganized, often providing conflicting information and leaving out important details about the property and fees. Additionally, the paperwork process was unnecessarily complicated and took far longer than expected, with little explanation or guidance. It felt like they were more interested in closing a deal than ensuring customer satisfaction. I also found their fees to be unreasonable, especially considering the lack of transparency. Overall, my experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this association to anyone looking to purchase a townhome.
