  Visited 01/09/206 Dear Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding the professional conduct of a staff member at the front desk. A black woman with a slick back ponytail with thin sides . I have observed this individual exhibiting a consistently rude and uninviting communication style when interacting with residents, particularly new arrivals. This demeanor creates an uncomfortable atmosphere and, in my view, significantly detracts from the positive and welcoming environment we aim to cultivate. It appears to negatively impact the initial impression new residents form, potentially causing them to feel less favorably about their experience here. Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and approachability is vital for all team members, especially those in public-facing roles. The behavior I have witnessed does not align with these essential service expectations and could detrimentally affect resident satisfaction and retention. I hope this information is considered constructively to ensure a uniformly positive and welcoming experience for everyone in the community.

  Great community to live in, the staff are easy to communicate with, very family-friendly and safe and CLEAN neighborhood. I also love the convenience of all of the stores close by.

  I was trying to inquire about renting criteria with this apartment. I spoke to a rental leasing agent even though I specifically asked to speak with property manager for personal reasons and denied my request and still didn’t answer my questions on top that she was very rude. I asked her if she could just send a email copy of the conversation that we spoke about about so I can have something to reference in regards to me trying to rent and she told me to go to the website and then hung up in my face. I will not be renting with this property.

  Omg! Where should I start The lady in the office Makayla with a thin hair who is brown skinned is very rude. She came out with an attitude. My daughter was here to tour the apartment and the way she treated them was very unacceptable. My daughter is not confrontational so I had to step in and say something to her. She’s very unprofessionally and she’s not a good salesman I had to step outside because I was so angry and another lady from the office. Teresa stepped out and said trust me I know how you feel and what’s going on. I know that these apartments is cheap but the lady in the front office is a no no very unprofessional talking about she from atl OK, what that mean?
