  Don’t expect a quick response or refund if you end up putting in an application and don’t get approved. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since they told me I would be getting the $200 reservation fee refunded and I have yet to see it. On top of that it’s extremely difficult to get a response back from them even if you send multiple emails. Edit: After the property manager cathy reached out and explained the situation properly & thoroughly I am adjusting my review accordingly from 1 star to 4. I would recommend applying and or renting despite the issues I had.

  Much better after new management took over. New fences were a huge improvement. Maintenance staff is top notch. Online portal makes paying rent a breeze.

  The ladies in the office are quick to respond and very friendly and polite. The maintenance men are courteous and respectful. Every time we need something it gets handled promptly.

  The property is clean and nice to live in! Its also conveniently located in the heart of Kingsland so going to the grocery store is only a few minutes away. Management is always helpful- Cathy Lewis and Kaylyn always check up on us to see if we need anything (: Overall 10/10 experience!
