  Predatory policy changes and excessive property fees make living here unbearable. Any improvements made to the property are effectively passed on to tenants through unreasonable charges. On top of that, unnecessary "subscription" fees are made mandatory, adding even more financial strain. God forbid you lose your job then you'll be treated even worse. Steer clear of any CLS Property. Also you are guaranteed roaches

  Jack from the leasing office at West 22 was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions clearly, stayed on top of communication, and made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping residents and making sure everything is handled properly. Definitely a 5 star experience, I really appreciate his help.

  The property itself isn’t bad and has potential, but the staff both in the leasing office as well as maintenance couldn’t seem to care less about their tenants or quality assurance. Rent prices are way too high for the quality and the way residents are treated. Don’t let terms like “remodeled” fool you, they installed cheap flooring, repainted the walls and then increased rent by hundreds of dollars per month. Appliances are outdated and when they break, maintenance does a low quality short term fix (if they even address the issue in the first place, sometimes they mark it completed after doing ✨nothing✨). Pick a different property to sign a legally binding document with, unless you want to feel like you’re getting ripped off and be unable to do anything about it.
