  Well, my girlfriend and I gonna miss this place a lot oh yeah that's for sure and you know why? Because since the day one the moment we walked into that office, we knew we had found what we had been searching for and longing to find for so long; the place was incredibly beautiful, peaceful, and strategically located even the wonderful, attentive, and professional team in this administration—some of whom are no longer here we were received by a very professional woman named Claudia who made that our process to move here were so easy, we barely realized that in a short time we had the keys of our new apartment in our hands; it was something really fast that we hadn't experienced before, and I think many will agree with me, some places make the things harder than should be for some reason, there was also another young woman who advised us and actually helped us with other issues after our move; she was equally kind, attentive, and professional. But all of this wasn't by chance, behind it all was Justin Payne, overseeing every move, every concern, every doubt or problem a 10/10, he's the Trojan horse of this condo; he helped us with everything and each of our concerns, doubts, some situations that arise when you live in such a large community, and even due to a lack of knowledge in some things, not every apartment complex has a manager you can talk to regularly and work with to resolve issues, so that's a huge plus here, today thanks to him we are managing to do our transition to our new home, because for work reasons I won't be able to continue living here, that's the only reason why we're leaving this great place, we could live for many years in this apartment complex with this excellent administration, my best wishes to everyone at Ashton at East Park, and especially to Justin Payne much success in his career, and I hope that he keep building his reputation as well as hi have been doing. I know I've wrote a lot , but this is for everyone who reads this should knows they're in the right place. Blessings to all!

  This was my first experience living at an apartment complex, and it sufficed. I appreciated the proximity to work, and when we first moved in, it was one of the most affordable options nearby. That has changed drastically, as they are hiking rates for tenants unless you commit to renewing an extra year or more. The hallways are constantly dirty, even after cleaners come in there. There's been a broken chocolate egg and a tootsie roll sitting in our hallway for at least two months, growing moldy and it's quite unpleasant. No one cleans up after their dogs here. Don't live on any floor other than the very top unless you like to hear every footstep your upstairs neighbors take. There is better for cheaper.

  Such a beautiful property! The grounds and buildings are really well kept and it just has a great overall vibe. Dakota was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process—super friendly, answered all my questions, and made everything feel really easy and comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
