Our management works hard to meet our needs our community is always kept clean and well maintained. I always say if I even hit the lottery I still will keep my home here this is how much that I truly love living here. This is my 4th Walton’s community that I have lived in and no other communities out beat Walton’s community. I have been promoting Walton’s communities for 28 years and counting I brag about how beautiful all of their communities are and I am not going nowhere but here. I feel totally safe I have raised my daughter here and now my grandson. I help in reporting anything that will bring down our community. I refuse to allow other residents to tear down or damage our community or make it into a drug place not on my watch.

Gym equipment down, car wash down, heat and air conditioning does not work at full potential. I have to put the thermostat on 79 and 80 degressjust to push the heat through my apartment.This causes high utility bills which is not going ncluded in the rent. I have had temporary air conditioning unity’s placed in my windows during atleast two summers because of old air conditioning units. I have lived hear four years and it has been lots of issues. I pay market rent an expect better service. The maintenance person Nick today I had to put out of my apartment because he was given so many excuses about things that wasn’t working instead of fixing them.
