- MGMegan GriffinJan 16, 20241.0I called Sunday night due to not having hot water, the maintenance guy told me to check the breaker I did and said ok I’ll see if this works. I called the after hrs number right back IMMEDIATELY and told them it didn’t work and I needed someone out ASAP!! NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP!!!! I had to boil hot water just to be able to clean my body! I AM BEYOND ANGRY WITH THE NEGLECT, DISRESPECT, AND LIES I CONSTANTLY GET FED!! I HAD A MAJOR SURGERY ON FRIDAY, so to be WITHOUT HOT WATER is was an awful experience for me!! I kept record of the times I’ve called you all, emailed you all and it all be ignored!! I try to be a good and respectful tenant, but it has gotten me NOWHERE! Tonight my hot water has went out again, and due to past emergency maintenance calls, or needing the courtesy officer to come out and being ignored I just asked what’s the point!! I still have yet to even hear from you about an email I sent you months ago!! Update: Smoke free community isn’t smoke free, and tenants get away with it!! I’m on the 3rd floor and can hear my neighbor below me word for word, her weed smoke comes up to my apartment, she now smokes in her closet, leaves the windows up, or boil fabuloso to TRY to mask the smell, kids will be unsupervised, when one gets in trouble if you pay for an amenity just know due to that person or persons getting in trouble you won’t be able to use the amenity and you don’t even know them from a can of paint. If maintenance damages your property it will not be replaced!!! STOVES TURN OFF WHILE COOKING!!!! They say it’s weighted, but it should not turn off, nor should it take me an hour to cook a hamburger patty nor should my cooking oil get cold midway through cooking and I have to put my food in the trash or oven to try to save it!!
