Antoine is one of the newer maintenance techs, he is thorough with his work, and he is courteous and detailed in his explanations of the work orders. He makes sure he completes the service orders in a timely fashion and he takes time to double check his work and clean up behind himself. He has been a great addition to the Windsor Vinnings team .

I give her a well-deserved five stars for her outstanding customer service, her dedication to me not only as a tenant, but as a woman. We as the residents who pay rent have to abide by the no smoking policy which includes in the apartment as well as anywhere on the premises including inside personal vehicles parked on the property for safety reasons. I have a small child I don’t want to be subjected to smoke inhalation etc. yet EVERYDAY maintenance feels it ok to light up a cigarette while working. Then they have the nerve to put notes on doors reminding residents that this is a non-smoking community and failure to adhere to these guidelines can result in termination of the lease agreement in which we are required to to continue paying the remainder of the rent until the lease is officially up. That is totally ridiculous and they should practice what they preach and not let people working for the company get away with this. It has been addressed with the leasing office and nothing has changed btw. Will not be renewing my lease here.
