  I would highly recommend VBTL for your next move-in—earning a strong 4.6 out of 5 stars. It’s an excellent option when priced appropriately for your needs. New modernized apartments and neighboring shopping centers. Special thanks to Bryannia, an outstanding agent and onboarding specialist who supported us every step of the way. Moving can be challenging, but with the right team, the process is seamless.

  My recent visit to Villas by the Lake was a delightful leasing experience. Ms. B. was caring, thorough and professional. She was not stiff, but was engaging and she seems to have a genuine and sincere interest in finding the right unit for my family. I like the resort presentation entrance to the property. The units are a nice size. I look forward to, after movIng in to my unit, experiencing more of the same professiinalism from the management and staff which I received from the leasing agent.

  First off let me say your leasing team Rocks! Ms.Kathy helped us tour the property and was very professional made us feel comfortable .Bri was Amazing as well and The leasing office and pool was very clean . We did the application right after we left and glad we did, got accepted days later. 2nd night in my unit and it’s cozy. AC bunking love that ranch style over upstairs downstairs any day. Wanted to give y’all 5 stars buts its small details that could’ve been done to the unit like repair loose door knobs , deep cleaned restrooms and carpets and dusted outside of my patio and entrance way lot of spider webs but other than that I’m good can’t complain better than my last apartments by a landslide. And appreciate the maintenance man Dj I believe his name was for replacing my door.
