We recently moved in to the facility. It is nice a little bit mellow but surely beautiful. Our transaction was easy also from first contact to preparation of documentations and signing papers run smoothly. Doneshia helped us a lot. We are lucky to have her here.

I have been living in this apartment for the past five years. I must say, the recently changed management is excellent. They are very kind and responsible people who handle every issue and concern promptly, ensuring that everything is resolved on time. In particular, Doneshia M. Asams and Denise Cania are very calm and sweet. They always greet me with a big, happy smile and are always ready to help whenever I walk in.

Terrible management—pond smells awful, trash overflows, gate never works. Fancy lights don’t fix real problems! The pond near Building 2500 (right beside my patio) hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. It’s fully covered in green algae and gives off a strong foul odor that constantly seeps into our apartment. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to live with this odor every single day. Despite multiple complaints — both in person and over email — nothing has been done. When I spoke to the property manager, she was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying there was “no ETA” and even arguing when I tried to explain how bad the condition was. Only after my tone became firm did she vaguely mention a vendor visit who put in a pipe to get it cleaned, but there’s been no visible action. The trash situation is also terrible. The front dumpster near the gate is always overflowing and never cleaned properly. The valet trash service is irregular. The main gate has never worked properly, leaving the community without proper security. Management focuses on fancy upgrades like lights and blinds instead of fixing real issues affecting resident’s health and comfort. I’m attaching photos of the pond so future renters can see the actual condition. Recently, the community announced a “change in management,” but unfortunately, it’s just the same staff under a different name. Nothing has actually changed. The same arrogant and unhelpful team remains in place, which makes me lose all hope that this pond — or any of the ongoing issues — will ever be resolved.

As we just received notice that effective 10/27/2025, Willow Bridge Property Company will be taking over. So we will have a new Property Manager. The current staff will remain which I am very happy to hear. Robert, Maintenance Supervisor, Doneshia Adams, Assistant Property Manager, have done an outstanding job this past year. Thank you for taking care of my needs to make it a great experience to live here. Kayla Martin, Leasing Consultant need to mention her too as she is always pleasant to talk to and does a great job of welcoming residence when they walk in the front door. Major renovations outside have just been completed. I give it 5 stars to live here.

I moved here almost four months ago. I've had a really tough time. I thought I'd regret it. But thanks to Doneshia Adams, the management team, my problems have been resolved one by one. If it weren't for her, I might have considered leaving. The complex is in a great location. They need to prioritize cleanliness and trash collection more.
