- SSSDec 11, 20251.0St. Andrews pulled a bait and switch on us 2 weeks before we were supposed to move into the apartment we wanted in the location we wanted with the amenities we wanted. Instead, St. Andrews provided us with a shoddy roach trap apartment we are now living in. The apartment was not move in ready and had a long list of repairs to be made which took a lot of work to get fixed. BTW – Bldg. Seventeen (our building) is the epicenter for unsupervised and unruly kids who throw trash all around and crowd the sidewalks with their bike and scooters. Sometimes we don’t know whether to duck, dodge or hide when trying to get to or leave our apartment while the kids wildly kick soccer balls around. These same kids are now knocking on our door asking for money! The previous leasing agent made up a story that they were going to build a playground on the property so the kids would have a place to play. Sorry, that’s a four Pinocchio nose story. This is a smoking property meaning that most of the time when we open our front door it stinks of cigarette smoke. We just purchased a special spray to try and neutralize the horrible cigarette odor we encounter when we walk outside. The tenants throw trash everywhere. There is also a dog poo problem because tenants are not picking up after their dogs. This is not what we signed up for! All we can say is renter beware or better yet, run renter, run! When my health gets better, we're going to break our lease and move out of St. Andrews. It is very stressful living here!

Our neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes all the difference. Most importantly, the management team is outstanding. They are responsive, professional, and truly take care of their tenants. Any time we've had a maintenance request or a question, it's been handled quickly and efficiently. It's clear they want residents to have a positive experience. We feel safe, cared for, and happy here. If you're looking for a place that feels like a true community, look no further than St. Andrews!

How are you protecting your residents after all the car break ins last year ??? Do we need more ppl firing shots at the recidents???? IM SCARED TO GO OUTSIDE AFTER 10 BECAUSE I AM AFRAID FOR MY LIFE!!!! IT SHOULD BE FIX ASAP THATS WHAT WE PAY FOR GATED COMMUNITY!!! RIGHT?!
