  Boy did we pick the wrong place to live. Young children roam the property unsupervised creating chaos by littering, making lots of noise and blocking entrance ways at building (Seventeen). The loud noises from the children also frightens our dog not to mention disturbing us. The unruly children also tamper with our security lights. Management is totally worthless to address these problems. The buildings here are old, decrepit shacks full of ROACHES (tons of them). Tenants grill on their patios which is dangerous because these are old firetraps. Tenants throw their trash everywhere and do not pick up after their dogs. Pot heads freely walk around this property smoking their dope. Obviously the tenants here do not respect one another or care about the rules! This property is managed by Fogelman Properties. I highly recommend avoiding any property managed by Fogelman. They are the worst! We look forward to moving out of here when the time comes. This is a real honest review and not one of the fake 5 star reviews posted on this site!

The loud noises from the children even frightens our dog not to mention disturbing us. We know this because we live in the arm pit of St. Andrews, the (Seventeen) building. The buildings here are old, decrepit and full of ROACHES (tons of them). Tenants grill on their patios which is dangerous because these old firetraps have no interior sprinkler systems. Trash and dog poo is everywhere. This property is filthy and disgusting! Tenants do not respect one another! This property is managed by Fogelman Properties. I highly recommend avoiding any property managed by Fogelman. They are the worst! We look forward to moving into a house when the time comes. This is a real review and if I could, I would rate this property a -5 stars!

  I first visited St. Andrews over a month ago when I was contemplating selling my townhome and renting for a while. Riya in the leasing office met with me, showed me several apartments and answered my questions. I took a pause to think about if I really wanted to sell and went back again to look at a couple more units including one of the one bedrooms where Riya took a measuring tape to see if my queen bed would fit (it will). The complex is a bit older but they have done upgrades on the majority of the units. There are lots of trees and even a serene lake to walk around. It's in a great location. However, I just decided to stay in my home and not sell but if I did I would definitely recommend St. Andrews. Riya delivered explementary customer service. She's a Rockstar and I sure hope her boss knows it!!!

  Great place to live ! Quite and family friendly and I love the nature in this community and staff is very nice and friendly makes u feel like a whole big Family.

  St. Andrews Apartments is where our family began our life in the U.S.and it holds so many special memories for us. Our home was warm and full of sunlight, and we loved starting our days peacefully while listening to birds singing outside. Whenever we had maintenance requests even when we didn’t know how to explain the issue the staff always came kindly and fixed everything for us. The managers, Siobhan and Riya, were especially understanding and supportive, always trying their best to help us. All of the staff treated our children with kindness, making us feel like part of a family. Thanks to them, we spent a truly happy and meaningful time here. We will return to the U.S. someday, and St. Andrews Apartments will always be a place we remember fondly.
