  Grace and Rich helped us with both buying our current home and selling our previous home. They were absolutely amazing. They assisted us with coordinating the timing of selling and buying resulting in us being able to move straight into our new home from our old home with no transition housing. We were able to sell our home for what we expected and the process was absolutely seamless. We will be using them for our next home purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

  We are so thankful for Grace and Rich Orban. My husband and I were referred to them by our church, the Jefferson Church, when we were looking to buy a new home in Jackson County. We were new to the area and Grace and Rich were so helpful and professional, walking us through the whole process. Grace is amazing in her communication. My husband says if you send Grace a question you won’t need to lay your phone down because you will get an answer back quickly. We highly recommend them and we will use them when we make our next buy/sell adventure.
