- ALAngelique LafranceFeb 14, 20265.0Working with Debbie, the real estate agent, was great. She was very responsive and helpful. Charles, our construction manager, was incredible. He was so knowledgeable and communicative. We also met our warranty guy, Mario, who was also great. All around passionate people and great experience. We had a bajillion opportunities to walk the home and everything we had concerns with or “didn’t like” on the walk through was handled, even though it wasn’t much. Great build. Super happy we went with a Pulte home.
- BHBob HillAug 12, 20221.0Adding dozens of homes to an already busy, narrow.neighborhood street without extending the road 1/8 of a mile to Mount Moriah giving two entrances or exits. Will be very dangerous for kids and walkers with so much traffic and only one way in and out of the neighborhood!. So far they have done very little to help keep the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and neighborhood in good condition.
