  My experience at this complex was deeply disappointing. The common areas — hallways and staircases — are consistently dirty, which directly impacts residents’ quality of life and the overall impression of the property. Maintenance requests are not handled promptly; they are addressed at management’s convenience, and in several cases the work performed was substandard and outdated. The administrative management is also lacking. Communication is practically nonexistent — emails go unanswered, creating unnecessary frustration. Regarding billing, I only stayed 7 days in February after my lease ended on January 31st. However, I was charged amounts that did not correspond to that period. I formally requested clarification about these additional charges and never received a clear or detailed explanation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this complex. The overall condition of the property is evident from the moment you walk in.

  This apartment complex is ok the you have to ask them more then ones to come and fix something. I had a water leaking and it made my water bill so high that and I was suppose to get a credit and I never got the credit. Then because I didn’t pay my rent because of the water problem they tried to take me to court. Then I was took off work do to medical problems and I told them that and I ask them if they can work with me that I am getting rental assistance and the took me to court. I always talked to them and they was letting me paying my rent on the 15 and Jan I want to court Jan 04,2026 and they had Jan rent on my court thing and it shouldn’t been on there. So if you thinking about move in there please think about it first. Cuz a lot of people talking about leaving that apartment complex.

  Currently looking for an apartment and came across this place online. I went here after work and the staff was friendly and helpful. I decided to get a tour today and I enjoyed viewing the different apartments available. Clara was very nice and informative about the spaces. It was definitely worth my time to visit. Thank you
