  Feb 11 2026: Almost One Month after moving in and I would like to update my post. Holtzman Realty is a nice Property management company. Not all companies are perfect and I would argue that there aren't any perfect companies. But any company in todays society that can be shown their deficiencies tactfully, and respond in a way to correct them, all while maintaining proffesionalism is a great company. While Holtzman is not a perfect company, since my wife and I have moved into our Home they Have answered our every call for any and all issues we've found with our Rental Property. (I choose not to disclose any of those issues).... Though some of them should have had already been resolved prior to my wife and Moving into the property. OTHER REALTY COMPANIES when we visited their properties were very clean and move in ready, our home, not so much. However, Here shows why Holtzman.is a great team. When my wife and I expressed our concern, Holtzman stepped up and took care and met all of our needs. I will repost in a few months with a follow up Review...GO HOLTZMAN!!!!!! We need to get the girls in the office some Donuts!!! 100% the best. They helped my wife and I get approved in a lovely home. Probably the only one like it out of all the rentals available. They worked with us through every step of the way. Mimi was phenomenal in assisting and meeting us at the property and answering all questions. Great rental property. Great realty company. The team is knowledgeable ....

  Stationed at Ft Stewart in 1977. Had George and and his company manage the property upon my reassignment in 1979. The Holtzman group also, brokered my deal to sell the duplex in 1982 while deployed overseas. It went smoothly. (should have kept the property) I know things change over time with people, things, personalities. My experience with George Holtzman and company then, was pretty good. I am writing this review due to a flash back in a situation that brought my memories if company remained active, if George was still working.

  I’ve been with them for over 5 years I love everyone there. They are all so friendly and if you need anything it’s done in a fast timely manner.
