Definitely don't mind living here. But like any apartment, the unit will have issues. I have some soft spots in the flooring that seem to be a foundational issue. The AC units leaks all the time even though I change them monthly like advised. The wifi used to be mediocre but now its great. For the price you pay it does the job.

I moved here back in 2023 and recently moved out due to buying a house. I had no issues while staying here with the office/ maintenance staff however I had many issues with the valet trash people. They are very careless with trash pick up and if I am paying for something I expect top tier service. Other than that, management has changed within the 2 years I have been here I haven’t had any issues with any of them. As long as you clean your unit before move out, you shouldn’t have any issues. Also, it’s an apartment, walls are thin and things will break, they are willing to help you! My ac leaked a few times but only because I was forgetting to clean the filters! Thank you Liberty club for welcoming us with open arms and we wish you the Merriest Christmas! -The Norek’s

I’m an active-duty Army soldier, and I strongly advise other service members to avoid moving here. The apartments are full of bugs and mold, and maintenance barely responds even after multiple requests. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude — they act like you’re bothering them anytime you ask for help. The living conditions are terrible, especially for the price they charge. Pest control is useless, and they don’t take cleanliness or resident concerns seriously. If you’re military and looking for a place to live, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — this complex is not military-friendly at all

This apartment complex is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. The A/C constantly leaks and management never fixes it properly, which has caused water damage and ongoing mold concerns. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful any time you need assistance. The pool was closed the entire summer with zero explanation, so don’t expect to actually use the amenities they advertise. Pest control doesn’t do their job—these apartments are heavily infested with roaches, and it feels like they’ve given up on trying to control it. On top of that, the grounds are filthy, with dog poop all over the grass that never gets picked up. If you’re in the military, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. It’s not worth the hassle, stress, or your hard-earned money. Overall, this place is a nightmare, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely abhorrent behavior. Not to mention I had a buddy who lived here and his apartment was INFESTED WITH MOLD! They had to break their lease and move out. and not even a week later they had a new tenant living in that same unit! STAY AWAY! GO BUY A HOUSE IF YOU CAN. FORT STEWART SOLDIERS DONT FALL FOR IT!!!!
