- SMSean MosleyFeb 14, 20264.0I've been renting here almost a year now and while no place you rent is ever perfect I will say for the money I can only complain about one thing when they laid the linoleum down it has some ridges and dips in it . It doesn't really bother me much just don't want to be charged on move out. Wish it had a washer dryer hook up but I can't beat the price. I would've given 5 stars but the linoleum thing. I've had no problem with staff they were nice and helpful to me and maintenance has fixed any problems I've reported pretty damn quick. I'm waiting to see if another unit this size around here opens up with a washer dryer hookup that can be in my price range . I'd recommend them
- PSPhillip StewartMar 11, 20251.0I never left a review but figure I'd warn yall. These ppl had us pay the deposit fee as normal anywhere. But when we moved in to the house it had cigarette burnt carpets, stains and took 3 full tanks of straight sand/dirt in the vacuum. When we inspected the house with the lady from up the office before moving in she said don't worry about the carpet they will be replacing it when we move out later. I said that's great bc I don't want to worry about it. Well we paid rent on time all the time hardly had any problems with the house ever fixed and when we moved out they tried to tell us we had to be there for a home inspection and pay professionals to come clean the carpet. I was working out of town so I never went to this little house walk down. They than kept my deposit and also added an additional 1200 dollars to me and sent it to collections. While living there we fixed the skirting that was never on the house, added mulch flower gardens around it and we cleaned the carpet numerous times with carpet cleaners. The place looked better when we moved out and this is how they treated me. Bunch of thieves stealing money legally.
