  I will give them a one star. I live here been here almost 2 years. I have not seen them pressure wash these apartments. The floors are eliminated. They’re lifting they overcharge you. and give the new attendance the renovated properties so they can get a better outlook. The maintenance is crap.You have to put in request after the request just to get attention. I would say if you looking for someone quick to move in this would be your place, but not somewhere that you can make a home.

  As an Apartment Locator/Realtor, I wouldn’t work with Chasidy Moore, Lakeside Villas property manager, anymore. After requesting for a guest card to be created before sending a client over for a tour and subsequent lease signing, I was denied payment of commission later on. That’s a bad business practice by Lakeside Villas! The owner, Inspired Real Estate Partners, should do a better job for the community!

  i wrote ZERO STARS!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved into unit 503 expecting a clean, livable apartment and instead walked into a FILTHY, full-blown roach problem from DAY ONE. I’m talking seeing roaches immediately after moving in…. not weeks later, not months later! THE SAME DAY. It only got worse. There were adult roaches AND baby roaches, including during the daytime, which anyone knows is a sign of a serious infestation. This wasn’t just a random bug here and there, this was ongoing and completely unacceptable, especially with a child in the home. Management tried to blame it on a previous tenant, but it’s clearly not just one unit.. & this was never properly disclosed before move-in, and we were left dealing with it after signing a lease. The “solutions” offered were unrealistic, including leaving the apartment for days at a time for treatments, or using random chemicals that weren’t even from their pest control vendor. The issue was never truly resolved. On top of that, Desiree was extremely rude throughout this entire process, and Chasidy seems nice at first, but it becomes clear she is not genuinely interested in resolving issues. I had to throw away furniture and personal belongings just to feel comfortable leaving. I only stayed a few months before being forced to move due to the ongoing roach problem. If you are considering renting unit 503, RUN far away. No one should have to live like this, especially paying over $1,500+ a month. Save yourself the stress, money, and health concerns… look elsewhere.
