Communication from management has been poor—emails often go unanswered, and the office seems unwilling to address even small tenant concerns. Noise complaints feel inconsistent: issues are ignored for a long time, but suddenly become a problem when management decides to enforce rules selectively. On top of that, I’ve learned that some tenants aren’t charged for washers and dryers while I am, which feels unfair and poorly managed. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, inconsistent policies, and unfair charges make living here very frustrating.
