- TWtay whiteDec 26, 20252.0I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience living here. After my apartment flooded, it took an unreasonably long time for repairs to be completed. Communication from management has been poor—emails often go unanswered, and the office seems unwilling to address even small tenant concerns. Noise complaints feel inconsistent: issues are ignored for a long time, but suddenly become a problem when management decides to enforce rules selectively. On top of that, I’ve learned that some tenants aren’t charged for washers and dryers while I am, which feels unfair and poorly managed. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, inconsistent policies, and unfair charges make living here very frustrating.
