- TSTiffany SallingOct 29, 20251.0I lived there for two years ago, moved out and kept records and copies of everything. When I moved out I was told I would be mailed my refund to my forwarding address. That was in July 3rd 2025 , as of this posting it is now October 29th 2025 and we have been trying to get answers, I have provided my forwarding address several times and I still have not received my refund. Frankly with the kids who live in the house nearby the complex vandalizing people's cars and I had to have a security camera trained on mine at all times. It is not worth the hassle to deal with people who are stonewalling you. They don't mind taking your money, but sure as all else will lie about giving it back to you. I have screen shots showing that I am owed a refund and how much. I still have not received and dont bother talking to Bilt they wont help at all. My next step is to contact a lawyer, and Georgia Fair Housing, as well as Grovetown City Hall.

And yes, his manager is very very very good Because all your problems get solved as soon as you call them. she will act like she is a member of your family. That is very good.
- APAubrey PoppletonSep 18, 20251.0Highland Hills switched rental managers and has been terrible since. Not to mention they haven’t had a maintenance man in about a year. The exterior of the buildings are digesting and unkept. (Each building has 8 apartments. 4 on first floor and 4 on the second. All connected by a common roofed outside concrete corridor and staircase) The leasing office is unhelpful. I have been living at Highland Hills for 2 years now and I have never seen anyone clean any of the hallways or power wash the corridors. There is still tons of debris and shrubbery from hurricane Helene knocked over and around the property today! There is grime, dirt, cobwebs, and all sorts of fifth as soon as you walk outside. Apartment inside is great. The maintaining of the buildings is terrible. The management is terrible. The grass is untreated and flea infested. Trash is often in parking areas.
