When I moved out I was told I would be mailed my refund to my forwarding address. That was in July 3rd 2025 , as of this posting it is now October 29th 2025 and we have been trying to get answers, I have provided my forwarding address several times and I still have not received my refund. Frankly with the kids who live in the house nearby the complex vandalizing people's cars and I had to have a security camera trained on mine at all times. It is not worth the hassle to deal with people who are stonewalling you. They don't mind taking your money, but sure as all else will lie about giving it back to you. I have screen shots showing that I am owed a refund and how much. I still have not received and dont bother talking to Bilt they wont help at all. My next step is to contact a lawyer, and Georgia Fair Housing, as well as Grovetown City Hall.
