  I went in to complete a scheduled tour today. In the midst, we discussed the offers shown and Rhonda (one of the leasing agents) stated that it was incorrect and “should be the second and third month”. However, “the first two months” were advertised two on two different sites. I asked her to reach out to corporate to see if they’d honor it and she automatically stated no before asking. She then asked the Assistant Manager, who again isn’t corporate, and said they wouldn’t honor what they had listed both on their site and Zillow. I prefer not to lease at a property who doesn’t honor their word. How could I expect them to honor a lease and they won’t even honor what they’re advertising. I still did the tour and the units were nice, aside from the dead German cockroaches. The experience would’ve gone much better and I would have easily paid their pricey $125 app fee had they been willing to honor their word.

  I lived at Grayson Park Estates 2023-2024 and my overall experience was positive. I think the price was great for the size of the apartment ~$1400 for 899 square feet (the Dylan and the Whitby on either side charge $200+ more for similar square footage). Every apartment complex these days claims to be “luxury,” Grayson Park is definitely not that, so manage your expectations lol. It’s an older apartment complex with cheap/builder grade finishes and questionable paint jobs, but my apartment was well maintained. The neighbors were quiet, maintenance was quick to resolve my issues. I didn’t have any problems with bugs, just one or two here and there, but that’s to be expected. The gates were broken often, but that wasn’t a big deal to me, it seems to be an issue with literally every gated apartment complex. The cons are 1.) that it was hard to put the code into the walking gate sometimes and 2.) when school lets out the kids walk in the middle of the street and don’t care about the cars behind them, but that’s not the neighborhood’s fault lol. I really don’t have anything to complain about. My apartment looked like the apartments I was shown on my initial tour, so I knew what to expect as far as quality. Again these apartments are NOT LUXURIOUS so don’t go in with that expectation. It’s a well kept older apartment complex with tile in the showers, laminate countertops, drop in sinks, and (I had) stainless steel appliances. It was cool, I would move back if it wasn’t so far from the major highways.

  DO NOT move here. yes the complex is clean but they don’t offer stability or a peace of mind of having a real home!!! my client moved here more than 2 years ago never ever late on rent when came time to renew the lease they chose to not allow without any reason. i believe they are only out for their own benefit due to them raising their rent prices drastically they will make more by kicking you out after you’ve paid them for years! if you want a home you can depend on and trustworthy people do not move here!! they don’t give you months notice and they’re rude about it when something like this is very sensitive! i would say they’re nice people but they are racially profiling people SAD !! i am also going to the news about this place my client and I will be heard! put this place out of business or new management
