I lived at Grayson Park Estates 2023-2024 and my overall experience was positive. I think the price was great for the size of the apartment ~$1400 for 899 square feet (the Dylan and the Whitby on either side charge $200+ more for similar square footage). Every apartment complex these days claims to be “luxury,” Grayson Park is definitely not that, so manage your expectations lol. It’s an older apartment complex with cheap/builder grade finishes and questionable paint jobs, but my apartment was well maintained. The neighbors were quiet, maintenance was quick to resolve my issues. I didn’t have any problems with bugs, just one or two here and there, but that’s to be expected. The gates were broken often, but that wasn’t a big deal to me, it seems to be an issue with literally every gated apartment complex. The cons are 1.) that it was hard to put the code into the walking gate sometimes and 2.) when school lets out the kids walk in the middle of the street and don’t care about the cars behind them, but that’s not the neighborhood’s fault lol. I really don’t have anything to complain about. My apartment looked like the apartments I was shown on my initial tour, so I knew what to expect as far as quality. Again these apartments are NOT LUXURIOUS so don’t go in with that expectation. It’s a well kept older apartment complex with tile in the showers, laminate countertops, drop in sinks, and (I had) stainless steel appliances. It was cool, I would move back if it wasn’t so far from the major highways.

Beautiful neighborhood, I knew a lady that lives here. She's sweet, beautiful and a single mom of 3. If y'all know her then extend a hand

I was a resident at Grayson Park Estate for 5 years and always paid rent on time (never late, always on autopay). While Dione in the office is amazing and deserves recognition, my recent move-out experience was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. On my official move-out date, I called the office to ask about my walk-through. The woman who answered was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me “I don’t know” and even hanging up on me. Later that same day, when I went in person to drop off my keys, she gave me more attitude, refused to provide me proof that I turned in my keys, and shockingly tried to accuse me of wanting to “fight her.” She even called the police on me simply because I asked for documentation—who then told her this wasn’t a police matter and instructed her to give me a copy. It’s unacceptable for front desk staff to treat residents this way, especially long-term tenants who maintained a good record. The front desk is the face of the community, and unfortunately, it reflects very poorly on how this property is managed. Unless this management seriously improves its training and professionalism, I cannot recommend living here

My name is Katia Garcia I came on here to complain! When I did the initial appointment and tour , I was quoted my credit would not affect the approval . Three days later they took my 125 dollars each . Me and my husband. They took two days to respond after that . Rhonda said , “corporate in Texas would make a Final Call yes or no .” Corporate snitched Rhonda out stating they Grayson Estates denied me . Don’t Lease here they basically lied and scam . Or decriminate because of color and race . 😖

I lived in this complex for four years and it was a very good experience. It's very clean and very safe. We are very grateful to Silvia, Vilma, Oscar, and Dioni for their excellent service and attention to our technical and administrative needs at all times. Regards. Luis Cucalon
