This makes 2 days in a row that she's been rude even with my kindness!! Who taught these people professional phone manners?? Politeness manners and kindness where are they??

Ing me for my paperwork to apply for the apartment but then canceled out my application. After the next day I was approved, they only watch your deposit and your $30 application be after I did all this. I found out that their waiting list is a year and a 1/2 long. They're very rude and nasty in this place.They always sound like they are asleep when you call.Management is very very poor and unstabled
