  I do not recommend renting this apartment. The main issue is that when you leave, you'll receive a large damage bill without an inspection conducted in your presence. They provide only black-and-white photos as proof of damage and charge high prices. Therefore, avoid this apartment.

  This is a GREAT apartment complex that provides excellent value for the money. The management staff (Leah and Sam) have been there for many years and are VERY good at their jobs (both deserve a raise in my opinion). I lived here for over 8 years and recently moved out when I bought a house. I wouldn't have stayed here so long if the place was unsatisfactory, I stayed for the value and how great management is. I highley recommend this apartment complex as a top option for anyone wanting to live in Gainesville GA!

  Lake views, incredible neighbors, Family friendly, pet friendly, maintenance is on point and very skilled The events are so fun and the community vibes during them are phenomenal. Honestly you can't find a better place to live in Gainesville The community is very CLOSE KNIT and we have mindful courtesy officers as well cameras in every building so safety is not an issue here compared to some complexs I've lived in around Gainesville. If there are issues with other residents or untrained pets you can inform the office and management will get to it properly. Speaking of management! Seriously the most professional I've met in a long time around Gainesville and I've met bad ones really really bad ones. I can go on but please, in all seriousness I highly recommend this complex for people with families and fur babies (dogs, cats, you know)

  I really love it here, it’s quiet & I love the environment and location. The apt is nice with good features. I would renew my lease again if the rent wouldn’t have went up. What I pay here, I can pay for a mortgage on a home. Also the walls & floors here are very thin. I can hear my neighbors in every room of my apartment. I can hear every move they make and they are very loud and annoying. They are constantly making noises all through the day and night even on the weekend when I am trying to sleep in. I have made several complaints and nothing has ever been done about it. I would recommend anyone living here just make sure you get a top floor apt.
