  If I could give no stars I would me and my husband moved in August of 2024. It was nice when we first moved in then our sunroom window starts leaking told them about it multiple times they said it was contracted out and never fixed it. We had a black wasp issue start in the summer was told by maintenance that its nature but in the winter time still had a wasp issue. Got noise complaints because our neighbors below us changed to 3rd shift and we got up for work when they was going to bed was told if we got one more they would kick us out to add to all of it they filled in the cracks in the parking lots with tar but didn’t warn anybody about it so everyone was tracking it into there apartment called the office the next day to tell them that we had no warning and that we ruined a rug that I had purchased 3 days prior and was told oh so u didn’t think it was still wet. But again no warning. They waited until they had multiple complaints before posting about the tar. I would not recommend this place to anyone and don’t know how they are still open.

  I’ve lived at Fountainbrook for 3 years. The grounds are well kept, the office personnel are wonderful to work with and the maintenance men are prompt when there’s an issue. I love it here!

  I love living here! It's in a nice and cozy area that's kinda hidden, which means less traffic noise. It's very quiet and we'll kept. Maintenance is very quick with issues. The prices are fairly decent for the apartment quality given how high rent is in most places now. All my neighbors are very friendly too! Some things to note when applying/signing: -Definitely make sure you tour the apartment you plan to sign. Some are painted different. The apartment we toured wasn't the one we signed and the paint is different and we have a weird pipe that makes our floor uneven. -Definitely ask about paying via e-check vs card. We got surprised with a VERY high "convenience fee" -They do have a number of rules. Nothing too insane but definitely make a note of it.
