- BWBob WrightDec 5, 20255.0I’ve lived at Fountainbrook for 3 years. The grounds are well kept, the office personnel are wonderful to work with and the maintenance men are prompt when there’s an issue. I love it here!
- KAKhristine ADec 4, 20255.0I love living here! It's in a nice and cozy area that's kinda hidden, which means less traffic noise. It's very quiet and we'll kept. Maintenance is very quick with issues. The prices are fairly decent for the apartment quality given how high rent is in most places now. All my neighbors are very friendly too! Some things to note when applying/signing: -Definitely make sure you tour the apartment you plan to sign. Some are painted different. The apartment we toured wasn't the one we signed and the paint is different and we have a weird pipe that makes our floor uneven. -Definitely ask about paying via e-check vs card. We got surprised with a VERY high "convenience fee" -They do have a number of rules. Nothing too insane but definitely make a note of it.
