  I recently visited Folksong and I'm very impressed by Amanda who helped me out looking for apartments. I plan on signing with them as soon as possible!. Amanda was very customer-oriented, conscientious, honest, upfront and very service oriented. Great experience!

  My family and I moved into Folksong Apartments on February 7, 2026, and we could not be more pleased with our decision. From the very beginning, the leasing process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Miss Amanda, our leasing representative, was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well-maintained. It offers a quiet atmosphere that immediately feels like home. The amenities truly set this property apart—a stunning pool area, an impressive dog spa, a fully equipped fitness center, and a dedicated yoga studio that feels like a private retreat. Everything is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained. We’ve also been impressed by how friendly and respectful the neighbors are, which adds to the strong sense of community. The apartments are modern, luxurious, and incredibly spacious, with high-quality finishes that make everyday living feel elevated. So far, our experience has exceeded expectations, and we are confident we made the right choice. We’re excited to continue settling in and look forward to enjoying everything this wonderful community has to offer. Highly recommend! The Grants

  In regards to a very helpful staff member that let me take some of her time as she was leaving for the day! I unfortunately cannot remember her name, regardless 10/10 for helping me get into the mail room when I was having an issue with my code! Thank you!

  Let me preface, I’ve lived in an apartment for the last 12 years & this is my first time writing a review. I have lived here since June of 2023 and initially had a wonderful experience. This has unfortunately drastically changed in the last 3-6 months. The management company seems to not care too much about the tenants or keeping the community nice & clean. The maintenance team no longer services appliances - I was told “go to home depot” to fix an issue with my fridge as maintenance “is busy dealing with bigger issues”. I’m still not sure what the bigger issues are considering the gate has been wide open for months now, there’s dog poop all over the place, and valet trash is almost always having an issue or not showing up. It seems like there are new problems every day and no one really doing much to fix it. It’s really unfortunate, as this had been one of my favorite complexes until recently.
