  Unless you live on the top floor you will constantly hear your upstairs neighbor walking around. And if you're as unlucky as me, your neighbor will be hitting their 20k step count walking from one side of their apartment to the other purely on their heels.

  I would recommend! Awesome staff, Joel, Laura and Matt. Maintenance team are great. Walton is like family to me and my husband. Even after I leave Walton, I will carry your friendly services with me. We appreciate you guys. Much love. ❤️

  Outstanding apartment complex! The amenities are top notch and the apartment is outstanding as well. Edit: Most of the time I want to use the amenities I cannot because they are cleaning them. Even when the pool is closed they won’t let you sit by it. I understand they have to clean the pool but if you want to use the pool deck you can’t they say in case someone gets confused and jumps in. If you want to use the pool deck during the week don’t live here. Best of all though is the staff - special thanks to Erick! Erick gave us our tour and then handled all the move in paperwork and planning with us in the most smooth and well managed process I’ve seen at an apartment community. Then during move in he and the The Walton were extremely helpful and informative. The apartment was the cleanest apartment I’ve ever moved into. I always clean the apartment when I move in, but never has it been such a waste of my time to clean an apartment. It was practically spotless. Now we’ve been here for a handful of months and whenever some relatively small issue has come up, The Walton, and Erick, have handled it and fixed whatever the issue may be promptly and above and beyond. They have an incredible way of making any issue that you may experience feel like a non event. It is a great apartment community highlighted by an absolutely top notch management company. They don’t just care until you sign the lease, they care about your experience every step of the way including when you’re a resident. Best place to live. Only reason you shouldn’t live here is so they don’t raise my rent when it’s fully leased :)

  We have been here a little over a month now. We couldn’t have made a better decision. Erick was our main guy of contact since day one and he sold us with his patience from all the questions we had to switching units three times. On our first night we had a hiccup and the management team went above and beyond to accommodate us. If you are hesitant don’t be this is the property you wanna stay at! It feels more like a resort than an apartment complex.
