  Walton Apartments has such a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere! Erick and Joel are so kind and truly embody what 5-star customer service is all about. The community is beautifully maintained, and the grounds are always spotless. You can really feel the care and pride that goes into this place. It’s definitely somewhere I can see myself living and thriving!

  I had a wonderful experience with Walton!! Eric was the most pleasant and helpful person ever. He was patient , answered all of my questions and stayed in communication during the application process. Grounds are clean and well maintained! 5 stars !!

  Outstanding apartment complex! The amenities are top notch and the apartment is outstanding as well. Best of all though is the staff - special thanks to Erick! Erick gave us our tour and then handled all the move in paperwork and planning with us in the most smooth and well managed process I’ve seen at an apartment community. Then during move in he and the The Walton were extremely helpful and informative. The apartment was the cleanest apartment I’ve ever moved into. I always clean the apartment when I move in, but never has it been such a waste of my time to clean an apartment. It was practically spotless. Now we’ve been here for a handful of months and whenever some relatively small issue has come up, The Walton, and Erick, have handled it and fixed whatever the issue may be promptly and above and beyond. They have an incredible way of making any issue that you may experience feel like a non event. It is a great apartment community highlighted by an absolutely top notch management company. They don’t just care until you sign the lease, they care about your experience every step of the way including when you’re a resident. Best place to live. Only reason you shouldn’t live here is so they don’t raise my rent when it’s fully leased :)

  These people are so nice, they are always very cheerful and helpful. Lara , Eric and Joel are all so welcoming!! Even tho Megan is leaving/left she is amazing, nice, and so pretty! I hate to see her leave! The office is always so clean and so is the pool and club house! They are always re stocking the chocolate bowl for guests so ever has a sweet treat! They anre anlways making ways to let everyone have fun like puppy pirates or Halloween events annd even pool parties!! Every summer they also love to leave drinks and snack carts outside aswell as in the fridge . The apartments are so pretty aswell and the outside areas are always so pretty and well kept. I may not live here , but I stay with my grandma and always look forwards to staying here on the weekends or on breaks.
