- DADan AvitabileDec 29, 20255.0We are in the process of building our new home with Ryan Homes at Huntcliff. We went to contract at the end of September and they started our build in October. It is now the end of December and everything is looking great so far with aspirations of closing in March. Although we had a good experience with our sales person, I want to take a moment to recognize our Project Manager Chad Mick. Chad has been amazing to work with. He is detailed oriented and customer service focused. We live out of state and have come up to visit monthly. He communicates with us regularly via Phone and text message. He also provides us with new photos that show the progress a couple times a week. Today we had the pre-drywall walk-through and he was very thorough as he wanted to ensure our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Ryan Homes is very lucky to have someone like Chad representing their brand!!!
