Staff is just just so rude only staff that are nice and that actually knows how to work are the handyman they have!!!
Had a wonderful time taking a tour of the apartment options, extremely convenient amenities, and overall great living option regardless of floorplan. Big thank you to Irving Garcia for guiding me and showing me around in the tour as well as answering all my questions and concerns

Astrid Cruz was so professional and helpful to locate my packages this morning. Not only she located the package that was recently delivered, but also found a package delivered several weeks ago. Everytime I went to the leasing office to find out about my packages, I felt that nobody truly cared about me until this morning.
She was truly wondeful !
I had a terrible experience living at The Rey apartments. Management was unresponsive and difficult to deal with whenever issues came up. Maintenance requests took forever to get resolved, and when they finally did, the work was often rushed and incomplete. The building itself looks nice at first, but there are constant problems with noise, cleanliness, and overall upkeep. For the price you pay, the quality of living just isn’t worth it. I definitely would not recommend living here. Especially that new manager Ahjahnae has the worst service
I’ve had a great experience living here overall, and one situation in particular really showed me how much the management team cares about their residents.
Just this weekend, I noticed my water heater had started leaking, which was obviously concerning. I reported the issue to the leasing office rep Astrid on a Saturday and she took matter into her own hands. She called the on-call maintenance immediately and my water heater was fixed within a matter of hours. This morning, both Ahjaenae and Irving immediately stepped in to help.
What impressed me the most was how proactive they were. They didn’t just fix the problem quickly — they also took responsibility for the situation and credited back the related bill without me even having to push for it. That level of accountability and customer service is rare to see.
Leasing office team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. It’s reassuring to know that if something goes wrong, the management team here will handle it quickly and fairly.
Overall, this experience reinforced that the staff truly cares about the residents and works hard to resolve issues the right way. I just renewed my lease btw. I really appreciate their effort and support.
