- GPG “G” PMar 20, 20261.0I’m paying to stay here, and it’s extremely frustrating that issues I’ve reported multiple times are still not being taken seriously. I’ve spoken to the manager and front desk on several occasions and even provided proof, yet nothing has been properly addressed. There’s also a clear noise policy in place, but it’s not being enforced at all. As a paying guest, I expect a basic level of respect and for these rules to be upheld. If this continues, I will be escalating this matter to higher management this coming week.

It was resolved as promptly as possible. The team was able to address the concern and we were back and running in no time. Thank you to all the staff.
