Previous management was okay, current management is absolutely HORRIBLE. No communication whatsoever so ever, they don’t answer the phones even after you leave a voicemail. If you have better options please go somewhere else. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here.

I can honestly say that Jaia the office manager and Jonathan the maintenance man are both amazing. Jaia is very compassionate and very understanding.

I have been living her for about 7 months now and I do see the improvements that management is trying to make. I would love to give 5 stars but at the moment there are still things that need to be done. I have noticed the clean up around the trash compactor has improved but yet there is still work that needs to be done. The grounds are clean but needs to be power washed as there is an odor. I would love to see improvements within the outside of the buildings again the grounds are clean but are stained very badly. I wish there were more lighting as it gets very dark at night. I live in a dated 4 bed apartment. Before moving in during my tour I was showed updated units. Upon moving in I thought my unit was one of those units but later on noticed it wasn’t. It appears there has been patch work done to the cabinets and whatever the tub was patched with it makes it hard to clean. Also the caulk around the tub and baseboards shows signs of what could be mold. The main reason I didn’t give a 5 is because of the roaches. I believe because my unit is a older unit they have nested behind and under the cabinets or maybe the wood. Now the apartment isn’t crawling with them but I see them often when I turn the lights on. I may come across 3 or 4 daily. I have had pest control treatment and the only thing they come to do is put some bait at the corners of the doors in the kitchen and bathroom cabinet doors. That isn’t working. I have also did my own treatment which is why my apartment isn’t crawling with them. My wife and I have decided we may have to balm the apartment to see if that will get rid of them completely. I love the apartment although I wish I were in one of the updated units, and I would love to stay here because I see what management is working on and I appreciate how they are trying to accommodate the residents. I have read some other reviews and we are all humans and know we are not able to satisfy everyone. But if management had to change 100 times until that right person can come in and make this complex top tier then I’m all for it. I am not trying to scare future residents away but make people aware nothing is perfect. As long as the issues are recognized and worked on I feel like this will be a great place to stay.

Avoid this place at all costs! The cheap rent isn't worth it. This place has changed management about 3 times since I moved here. A few things we have dealt with since being here: a break in, roaches, ant infestation, and second hand smoke. Maybe not a deal breaker for everyone, but when you have an infant- these are huge red flags. We signed a 15 month lease, which ended up being a huge mistake on our part. When we first came to check the place out, James (the assistant community manager at the time) was very welcoming and reeled us in by oversharing to us his personal life. We asked him for his honest opinion on how he felt about the place, in which he responded, "Oh yeah! It's real safe. I live here. It's so quiet you could hear a pin drop." Well, that was a lie. We have had nothing but issues here. That evening of the day we moved in- our apartment was broken into. We didn't find out until the morning after when our apartment was freezing from the window being wide open. We filed the police report, gave the copy to James. And when we requested for them to tighten security because of us not feeling safe, we were denied. I had to miss an extra week of work to stay and watch the place with all of our belongings because we had to wait for our security system to be delivered. To this day, the complex never reattached the window screen (: They just picked up the broken bits and threw them away. James also had said the gate at the entrance would soon be fixed. Wasn't ever fixed! This was a year ago now. Regardless of the break in, the place was so dirty! Roaches everywhere and ant infested. So annoying. Especially because I have a severe roach allergy (got all the medical paperwork to prove it) so for me, it's a health hazard. We ended up compiling a list of everything wrong and went to the office with it. They took a picture of our list and to no surprise, they couldn't offer us anything more than deducting the cleaning fee from our move in bill 😂  What a freaking joke. Other things that are worth mentioning- there's little to no parking available. Trash piles up at the entrance because the complex decided to get rid of their second trash compactor. People smoke in their apartments and the smell gets into your unit. So if you have asthma or if your children do, don't move here. I myself have severe asthma. And a 4 month old baby with a weak immune system!! We have had to move our bed out of the bedroom and into the living room because the smell fills the bathroom and bedroom. It's too cold for a baby to be constantly having the windows and front door open for airing out the apartment. We pay our rent just like everyone else, it's unfair. It's hell living here. But management doesn't care so they never do anything. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
