  It’s good apartment, maintenance team is proactive but lot of cockroaches and small sized 2bedroom flats.

  This community thrives with vibrant energy, dedicated to supporting residents and keeping everyone safe! The park is a fantastic playground for kids, safely tucked away from busy streets. Carol, Rosa, Tiffany, and Karen are the superstars who keep this place thriving and full of life!

  Just been couple of days since we moved in. I would like to say that the maintenance team is doing a great job. There were few fixes in our unit to be done and the maintenance team did the fixing promptly and efficiently. Thanks to Frankie and Hector 👏🏼

  I’m a new resident at retreat at John’s Creek the Customer service manager Rosa Valencia is amazing!! I appreciate not only her considerate customer service, but her concern for my needs her abilities to fulfill them her attention to detail the pride that she takes in her work and the company that she works for is magnificent. Not to mention every staff member that I came across Frankie, Tiffany and Jose, I’ve only met the Team wants and everyone was very friendly, courteous, and offered continuous available assistance retreat at John Creek We are off to a great start Rosa and I look forward to my new residency and doing business with you. You all have been over the top 100 and I thank you so much.🤩🤗

  Living here has been a great experience! The community is quiet and well-maintained. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.
