  I'm a new resident of of the paramontand it has been great since moving in Mrs Anne arias, and the new property manager Mrs delvin Medrano have been nothing but a great help.

  Son los más malo de la zona niña me había pasado algo así me ofrecieron algo y al final después de tener un contrato firmado nos dicen que el apartamento tiene carpeta y nosotros firmamos un apartamento que según no tenía carpeta pero en fin eso no fue todo de pues de aceptar el apartamento con carpeta porque ya nos había hecho poner los servicios en el apartamento cuando Vamos a ver el apartamento demasiadas insectos … ya después de dar el dinero y todo ya van una semana y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pa atrás

  I tried to schedule a tour for Thursday at 9 am. It was confirmed up until this morning. I got an email saying "per your request, we've rescheduled the tour to 10 am" today. I did not request that tour time and emailed back asking if I could still come for my confirmed tour at 9 am and a few hours later I received a cancellation notice. This is not how you treat people who are looking to possibly move into your apartments.

  They do not honor scheduled tours. My tour was at 4pm. I was told they they were already on tour with another family and that the other manager was in a meeting. Your tour times should be checked everyday and I just wasted my time driving all the way here. Unprofessional.
